ClimbUp Bed Bug Insect Interceptor (4 Traps)
ClimbUp Bed Bug Insect Interceptor is also available in XL size for larger furniture legs.
ClimbUp Bed Bug Interceptor is a low cost detection device for bed bug presence in residential areas. Although not intended as a control measure for bed bugs, ClimbUp interceptors assist in monitoring controlling infestations. Interceptors are made of tough plastic with a central well surrounded by a trench. Furniture legs and posts are positioned in the central well to isolate them from insects. Trenches can be lubricated with talcum powder to prevent insects from escaping. Bed Bugs are attracted to carbon dioxide exhaled by humans and placement of dry ice as a supplement will help lure the bedbugs into the Interceptors.

Traps can also be placed along walls, corners and less accessed sites. Lubricate trenches regularly with dry lubricants such as talcum powder to prevent bed bugs from climbing up and escaping.
