Q. 4 oz. make how much ?
A.  For an emulsion rate of 0.06% - the dilution rate is 1 ounce to a gallon of water. For an emulsion rate of 0.12% - the dilution rate is 2 ounces per gallon of water. Therefore, for a 0.06% emulsion rate, 4 ounces of Bifen IT will give you 4 gallons and for a 0.12% emulsion rate, 4 ounces of Bifen IT will give you 2 gallons of solution.

Q. Bifen Insecticide?
A.  : Bifen IT is a generic brand of Talstar Pro. It is always recommended that you use similar active ingredients in the treatment area if possible for environmental friendly purposes. However we do have many other concentrated liquid insecticides to choose from that are for general pest control purposes. Since you did mention that you own a cabin I'm assuming you may need a type of pesticide that will last for a long period of time for your convenience so that you do not have to re treat the area every couple of months. You may want to consider a microencapsulated pesticide which generally lasts 2x the duration of regular concentrated liquid insecticides. Demand CS and Cyzmic are both microencapsulated pesticides

Q. Bifen i/t?
A.  Usually, Bifen I/T will be mixed 1 ounce to a gallon of water for a dilution rate of 0.06%. If you desire a stronger concentration, then 2 ounces per gallon of water will give you a 0.12% dilution rate. There are two nozzles on the top.

One top will allow you to pour directly from the bottle. The other is a top to the measuring reservoir. When you press on the center of the bottle, the liquid concentrate will shoot into the reservoir. Press until the desired amount is in the reservoir.

You can pour the measure amount directly from the reservoir and the rest will not spill out.

Q. How long does it need to dry before I can allow my dogs to walk around.?
A.  Insecticides take anywhere between 2-3 hours to completely dry. We recommend that you wear a glove and take a sheet of paper towel to gently press on the treated area to see if there is a residue left behind. This will help test to see if it is dried or not.

Q. Does Bifen kill adult fleas, eggs & larvae immediately after spraying? If not, how many days will it take to kill? Can Bifen IT be sprayed immediately after a rainy day? If not, how soon can I spray after the rain? ?
A.  Bifen IT is a concentrate product that must be diluted with water and applied with a pump sprayer. It has a longer residual that pressurized aerosol sprays, but it does not have an instant knockdown effect nor will it kill eggs. In fact, we do not have any products that will actually penetrate the eggs. However, because Bifen IT has a residual time, if the eggs hatch, the nymphs will immediately come in contact with the treatment. It will not take days for the active ingredient to have effect on the fleas, but it may take several minutes. Bifen IT can technically be sprayed after or before a rainy day, however, the rain will break down the chemical must faster than normal and the residual time will be shortened. If you are spraying after rain, we recommend treating the area after that area has completely dried. Outdoor residual of the product will be about 2-3 months, but since it is a rainy season, we recommend treatment once every 1-2 months. Remember to always read the product label before the application of the pesticide. Allow the treated area to completely dry before reentry.
