Q. When I use this product for spot spraying like yellow clover, It ends up killing my St. aug. even though I have followed the directions for spot spraying. Should I do something else when I spot spray (12 inch square area)?
A.  Since this product is labeled for use on St Augustine it should not be a problem using it for the yellow clovers on your St. Aug. However since you mentioned it is killing your St. Aug, it could mean that your lawn is very weak at the moment. At this point you should frequently water the areas and wait until the green is restored and healthy before reapplying the fertilome.
